What about income taxes?

We are required to issue a 1099 for all rents we collect on your behalf. We must collect your completed IRS Form W9 before we can pay any rents to you. We provide detailed statements every month, so you can track your income and expenses. You are responsible for filing and paying your income taxes.

Do you pay my property taxes, HOA fees or utilities?

We are happy to pay these bills on your behalf. We will need you to provide us with documents so we can get that started.
